He went to great trouble to understand what I wanted, as my plan was for natural, outdoor shots. He identified a suitable location and while on-site he made sure he captured a great selection of backdrops and expressions. After doing my own headshot selfie which I thought quite adequate at the time, I saw one of Christopher's messages in LinkedIn talking about other peoples perception of my image... which made me think.
After a past experience of using a headshot service that had not met my expectations, I was a little dubious but I met with Christopher and talked about my company and the image I wanted to project. To my surprise we talked about image ideas and how the whole process worked and I was put completely at ease being able to choose an office location shoot at a time that suited. The whole process was very professional, not rushed and I felt completely comfortable at all times.
Christopher provided me with numerous head and body shots in different outfits for me to choose the ones I liked.
Even after I had purchased my pictures (not being very techie) I was having problems getting my images downloaded and he bent over backwards to help me resolve the problem I was having ....
